Translations

The Kotor Network seeks to make interesting works in religious studies written in regional languages available to a broader public through translation into English.

In 2004, we solicited nominations for three such works and secured a grant from the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to finance their translation.

The three were:

Religious Dialogue in the Balkans: The Drama of Understanding, ed. Milan Vukomanović and Marinko Vučinić.
The Serbian Church at War and the Wars Within It, by Milorad Tomanić.
Gods and People: Religiousness in Montenegro, by Miloš Bešić and Borislav Đukanović.

The translations have now been completed and one book is already published on-line:
